1. 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Conditions for Return

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in new condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be attached and intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, swimwear, earrings) for hygiene reasons.
  • Health and personal care items (e.g., opened cosmetics, supplements).
  • Digital products or downloadable software.
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable".

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item. Please do not send your item back to us without first requesting a return.

5. Shipping Returned Items

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund, if applicable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your return is approved or rejected based on the conditions stated above.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
